How long until my site starts receiving visitors once I have paid?
Your campaign will typically be set up within 24 hours. You will receive an email once it has started.

How long will it take to complete my advertising campaign?
This will greatly depend on the package chosen, and the amount of traffic we are receiving. Smaller campaigns (10,000 Visits) would likely last a few days, while larger campaigns might last for several weeks (usually shorter). Regardless of how long it takes, you will always receive what you paid for.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards through PayPal. We are looking to expand this soon. If you wish to pay by another means, email support@dynamiccast.com and we will make every effort to accomdate you.

Can I stop my advertising campaign and request a refund for the unused portion?
No. Once your captain has started, you will not be entitled to any refunds.

Where do I tell you what URL to send my visitors to?
When you pay through PayPal or Storm Pay, there will be a section for you to specify the URL, or enter the URL and any special instructions (start date, etc.) in the NOTES field.
